A Week of Haiku: Week Three, Sunday

A Week of Haiku: Week Three, Sunday's Card (card seven).

This is an original, one-of-a-kind mixed-media collage ACEO ("Art Card, Edition and Original").

Regular and metallic acrylic, copper leaf, gloss varnish, and cut paper on 140 lb Canson watercolor paper.

Dark blue-on-blue handmade "Tibetan Cloud" print paper is adhered to the back of the card (the same paper as used in Week One). The back is initialed and dated by the artist.

3.5 x 2.5 inches (standard ACEO size) with rounded corners.

The cut-paper haiku reads:

(Grasshoppers, Crickets)
(Damselflies and Dragonflies)
(Butterflies and Moths)

A new card will be created and posted each day, this week beginning on Monday. At the end of the week the seven cards will be packaged into a set, and will be available for sale from the haiku bird shop at etsy.com: haikubird.etsy.com.
