A Week of Haiku: Week Two, Friday's Card.
This is an original, one-of-a-kind mixed-media collage ACEO ("Art Card, Edition and Original").
Regular and metallic acrylic, gold leaf, gloss varnish, and cut paper on 140 lb Canson watercolor paper.
The back of the card is decorated with light blue-on-blue handmade "Tibetan Cloud" print paper (shown in the background), and is initialed & dated by the artist.
3.5 x 2.5 inches (standard ACEO size) with rounded corners.
The cut-paper haiku reads:
like water-serpents,
long strings of silver bubbles
deep in everything

A new card will be created and posted each day, beginning on Sunday. At the end of the week the seven cards will be packaged into a set, and will be available for sale from the haiku bird shop at etsy.com: haikubird.etsy.com
