The first is for a specifically-priced artwork ($15 Artwork, $20 Artwork and ACEO/ATC): the one who purchases the gift certificate pays for the art and the shipping (available in the U.S. and Canada only) in the total price of the gift certificate, so the recipient can redeem the certificate and not have to pay any extra money for shipping. Since the recipient pays zero out of their own pocket, this makes a really great gift.
